Khutso Peace Masenya understands tax law and knows how to defend his clients. A Former employee of Sanlam, Old Mutual and SARS, he holds the B Proc degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax.
Peace has a special interest in tax law with regular representations at the SARS / Tax Appeals board / court and is assisting clients in tax litigation, objections and appeals, SARS Audits, constitutional rights of taxpayers, criminal tax matters and tax disputes.
He is also well experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation, and has a passion for the drafting of commercial contracts.
